ArtGraf No. 1 is an innovative way to use premium artist grade graphite for drawing or painting. No. 1 has the consistency of putty that allows the artist to mold its shape for large or small areas.
It can be shaped to a fine point, rolled into a ball, or flattened - then used to draw with. Use on damp paper to create washes, or draw first and "paint" with a wet brush.
Combined with water, No. 1 produces an endless range of light and dark shades of graphite.
TIP: When not in use, keep kneadable graphite in plastic pouch at all times to avoid drying out.
