Anyone can enter a birdhouse!
Individuals or teams of all ages are
welcome.
It is the intention of Denver Botanic
Gardens for all submissions to be auctioned
or sold to benefit youth education and
adult tour guide programs. Select birdhouses
displayed at the Denver Botanic Gardens
July 1-8. Birdhaus Bash Garden Party

identified in one of the following categories:

Arvada Art Studio Tour
Arvada's 7th annual art
studio tour is looking for new artists
to join the successful tour. Artists
must have an Arvada address to participate
in the tour. We are especially looing
for artists in different media such as;
textiles, art quilts, fiber, metalwork,
glass as well as pinting, ceramics, printmaking
to add variety to this wonderful event.
This is an excellent opportunity for
artists to interact with the public,
exhibit and sell their work while having
fun. Studio tour dates are September

Arts and Humanities Center 25th Annual
All Colorado Art Show
Open
to all artists residing in Colorado,
18 years of age and older. Artwork must
have been executed in the last two years
and not previously shown in the Curtis
Arts and Humanities Center. Original
art, all media (exceptions: no jewelry,
digital, giclee, prints or photography).
Juror: Gwen Chanzit, Ph.D., curator of
Modern and Contemporary Art and the Herbert
Bayer Collection and Archive at the Denver
Art Museum. Entry: Jury by 35mm slides
only. Two entries maximum for each category.
Categories are 2D and 3D. Accepted artwork
must be delivered on June 9. Exhibit
Dates: June 14-August 1, 2008.

Hill Cafe Gallery
Swallow
Hill is seeking artists to showcase work
in the cafe gallery on a monthly basis,
beginning in May 2008. As Denver's home
for folk, roots and acoustic music, Swallow
Hill Music Association - a non-profit,
501c(3) organization - gives preference
to art which complements its mission.
Special consideration will be given to
traditional folk-based art forms and
pieces pertaining to or thematically
influenced by music, but other themes
and styles also encouraged! Our cafe
is available to show your work for $40
per month and 15% of proceeds from work
sold. If you are interested in showing
your work at Swallow Hill, please e-mail
