Evergreen Art Open
Deadline Wednesday, March 10, 2010 • $30 entry fee, up to 3 entries per artist submitted for jurying
The Evergreen Artists Association announces a Call for Entry for the annual Evergreen Art Open, a multimedia, fine arts show open to all 2D and 3D artists, 18 years old and older, residing in Colorado. Exhibit Dates are April 23 to May 21, 2010. All entry submissions are by CD submission – $30 for up to three entries per artist submitted for jurying. Cash prizes will be awarded - Best In Show $500; 1st Place $300; 2nd Place $200; 3rd Place $100 and 3 Merit Awards of $50 each. Doug Dawson, Master Pastelist is the Juror. The opening reception will be held on Friday, April 23, 2010, 5-8 p.m. at the Center for the Arts, Evergreen, 32003B Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439. Thereafter, the show can be viewed at the Center everyday from 10 am until 5 pm, Mon-Sat and noon to 5 pm on Sundays. The Business of Art Center in Manitou Springs, announces a Call for Entry for the second exhibit in the 3 part Humanity Series, sponsored by The Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado. This exhibit is a forum for artists to freely express their views on this topic in order to start an open dialog in the community. The work will be shown in conjunction with educational components and entertainment in Venue 515, April 9-June 25. Open to artists with eligible work in all media from the U.S. and around the globe. in their store on an ongoing basis. Consignment
applications can be picked up at the

program on the second Tuesday of each

Swallow
Hill is seeking artists to showcase work
in the cafe gallery on a monthly basis.
A new exhibit opens every first Saturday
of every month. As Denver's home for
folk, roots and acoustic music, Swallow
Hill Music Association - a non-profit,
501c(3) organization - gives preference
to art which complements its mission.
Special consideration will be given to
traditional folk-based art forms and
pieces pertaining to or thematically
influenced by music, but other themes
and styles also encouraged! Our cafe
is available to show your work for $40
per month and 15% of proceeds from work
sold. If you are interested in showing
