Here's our secret: you don't need to know a thing about art supplies to work here. We've been explaining the difference between gouache and gesso since 1881 — we'll happily teach you too. What we can't teach is loving people. Everyone starts in the same role, and after 90 days we start moving you around the store to find where you shine.

PAY

  • Denver starts at $19.29/hour
  • Colorado Springs starts at $17.00/hour

  • Create an exceptional shopping experience through teamwork, curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Exceed customer expectations by combining product knowledge, sales skills, and genuine helpfulness
  • Be a voracious learner — the best way to serve our customers
  • Prioritize tasks and follow through with minimal supervision
  • Learn our processes for inventory and customer product requests

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience

  • Sales
  • Customer Service
  • Product Knowledge (we'll teach you this — curiosity matters more than prior experience)

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED

DETAILS

  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Schedule flexibility: full-time, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Regular attendance in accordance with our attendance policy

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds and follow all safety rules
  • Prolonged walking and standing
