Gift Certificates or Cards
Gift Certificates (for online use)
Purchase an online Gift Certificate for any amount to be used in our web store. The Gift Certificate does not expire. You can add your own message. Please fill out all boxes including selecting 'I agree that Gift Certificates are nonrefundable' and the 'Gift Certificate Theme' (though we only have one currently).
Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the gift certificate as an attachment will be sent to the recipient's email address immediately.
The certificate is sent as an .html file and will need to be opened in a web browser. The gift certificate contains a code [four (4) 3-number series with a dash in between] which the recipient can use to purchase items online by typing or cutting and pasting the code exactly how it is presented into the 'Redeem Gift Certificate' box in the shopping cart and click 'Go' or during the 'Check Out' process. Please let us know as soon as possible if the recipient did not receive the email (please have them look in their spam folder first).

Gift Card (for in-store use)
Purchase a physical Gift Card in our web store for a specified amount to be used in our brick and mortar stores. The Gift Card does not expire. You can add your own message in the Notes field during check out and we'll write it on an insert that will be tucked into the gift card envelope.
Once the purchase has been completed, the gift card will be shipped via USPS within 1-2 days during our hours of operation (Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm MST) at no cost to you. Or select in-store pick-up if you or the recipient would like to pick up the gift card at one of our stores.
You will have to call our stores to find out what the balance of any physical card is or send us an email to ask us anything with an image of the back of the card with the number showing.
If you want to transfer a physical gift card to an online certificate or vice versa
Gift Card to Gift Certificate: Please provide us an image of the gift card number (on the back of a physical card) to ask us anything. We will check the balance on the card and set up an online account (if you don't already have one) and add a store credit to your online account. We'll send you an email with account email and a temporary password, please change the password to your own unique one.
Gift Certificate to Gift Card: Please provide us the gift certificate number [four (4) 3-number series with a dash in between] and or online order number to ask us anything. We will check the balance on the online certificate and generate a physical gift card to be mailed or picked-up.
If You Currently Have A Physical Gift Card That You Haven’t Used
Both our stores are open for in-store shopping. Our Denver store, 499 N Broadway is open Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm and Sunday, 12-5pm MST and our Colorado Springs store, 814 S Tejon is open Monday-Saturday only, 9am-5pm MST. The physical gift card codes do not work on our website, but if you'd like to purchase items online, please send us an image of the back of the card with the gift card number showing to email@example.com. We will confirm your balance and create an account for you on our site with online credit (we will notify you when the account is ready to be used).
If You Purchased A Physical Gift Card On Our Website When Our Stores Were Closed, March 17-June 8, 2020 due to the COVID Pandemic
Any physical gift cards that were purchased when we had to shut our doors because of the COVID pandemic and before we were able to implement online gift certificates, can be turned into an online gift certificate or now that our stores are open you can come in and shop. Our gift cards do not expire.
Let us know if you have an outstanding order from this time that you would like to change to an online gift certificate, or if you did not receive your physical card, though we did try and contact everyone and apologize if we missed you.
