Every year H.R. Meininger Company receives hundreds of donation requests. In order to handle this large quantity of requests, we ask that you follow the guidelines listed below when submitting a donation request. Thank you for your understanding in this process.

• All donation request submissions must be made in writing on your organization's letterhead and mailed or delivered to:

• No phone calls please.

• All requests must have a minimum of 30 days notice.

• Donations are awarded to Non-Profit Organizations that promote the visual arts.

• Donations are given in the form of Meininger Gift Cards.

• Donation requests are reviewed and the decision is solely at the discretion of the Donation Committee.
