Due to the increase in international credit card fraud, we are no longer able
to accept credit card payment for orders outside the Continental United States,
unless a valid billing address for the card number within the US is provided.
We can also accept an International Money Order made payable to Meininger's in
US Dollars. For orders over the internet please respond to our email or contact
Internet Customer Service at 1(800) 950-2787 ext.150 and we will add shipping
charges and quote a total for your order. Shipping time will vary depending upon
destination. Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of the

plus $4.00 handling charges.
Some larger items must be sent via freight truck. Next Day or Second Day Services
are not available for these items, nor can we ship them to destinations outside
the continental US. Once Meininger's has calculated the appropriate shipping fees,
we will send you an email confirmation of the total amount of your order. You
will then have one business day time of this confirmation to make any cancellations
or changes. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your order.

Although Meininger's makes every effort to avoid delays in shipping, occasionally
we must backorder an item that is out of stock. To check the availability of a
product, click here to email us.
Occasionally, we must backorder an item that is out of stock. Since shipping
charges are figured based on the initial order's subtotal, any shipping charges
for the backordered items will have already been paid for. No additional shipping
charges will be added to that backorder. If more than one item is backordered,
we will wait until all items have arrived and ship a complete backorder via ground

Some of the paint, mediums, thinners and pressurized products we sell are
considered hazardous. We cannot ship these items to international destinations,
outside the continental US, via Next or Second Day Services, or by the US Postal
Service (to P.O. boxes). For further information, click

Please call or email
us to authorize all returns. Returns are NOT available on portfolios or
projectors. You may upgrade your purchase on those items but refunds are not available.
After receiving authorization, include a copy of your receipt and a note with
the reason for the return. Original shipping charges for defective or mistakenly
shipped items will be credited. Send package to H. R. Meininger Co., Attn: Return
Dept., 499 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203. We will pick up defective or mistakenly
shipped items using UPS Call Tag service at no cost to you. In the Denver metro
area, we will pick up returns. Please call original salesperson or shipping department
(303) 698-3838 ext.132 to make arrangements. Please understand that some items
are not returnable.
