Shipping charges based on order's subtotal BEFORE tax. Oversized packages will be charged actual shipping cost. Gift Cards are NOT charged shipping.
* Must be under 50 pounds, < 130" length plus girth, and < 108" total length. UPS domestic, ground deliveries only. Alaska, Hawaii and foreign orders are sent via air service (see "Special Services"). Special Services, Oversize and Hazardous Materials shipments are subject to extra fees.

BACKORDERS

Shipping charges are figured based on the initial order's total, any shipping charges for backordered items will have already been paid. No additional shipping charges will be added to that backorder. If more than one item is backordered, we will wait until all items have arrived and ship a complete backorder at that time.

Special orders, which include non-stock items or unusual quantities of stock items, will be shipped according to standard shipping services.

RETURNS

Please use the return form provided with your order for all returns outside the Denver metro area. If you do not have this form, include a copy of your receipt and a note with the reason for return. Send package to: Return Dept., C/O H.R. Meininger Co., 499 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203. Upon receipt of returned merchandise a credit will be issued or replacement merchandise will be shipped. We will credit "return" shipping costs for defective items or mistakenly shipped items only. In the Denver Metro area, we will pickup returns. Please make arrangements with your original salesperson or the shipping department.

ADDITIONAL HANDLING FOR OVERSIZE PACKAGES

Items between 60" and 108" in length shipped by UPS require an additional handling charge of $6 per package. 4' x 8' boards have their own fees.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Paints, mediums, thinners, and pressurized products that we sell which are considered hazardous materials or "ORM" by the U.S. Dept. of Transportation and UPS may have additional charges. If delivery/shipping/freight charges appear on a taxable invoice then the same rate of sales tax applies to those charges, also.

Standard Shipping Service
When selecting Standard Shipping Service, your order will be shipped within 2 business days (unless otherwise notified) subject to availability of stock. Outside Continental United States
Due to the increase in international credit card fraud, we are no longer able to accept credit card payment for orders outside the Continental United States, unless a valid billing address for the card number within the US is provided. We can also accept an International Money Order made payable to Meininger's in US Dollars. For orders over the internet please respond to our email or contact Internet Customer Service at 1(800) 950-2787 and we will add shipping charges and quote a total for your order. Shipping time will vary depending upon destination. Customs clearance and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Freight Service
Some larger items must be sent via freight truck. Next Day or Second Day Services are not available for these items, nor can we ship them to destinations outside the continental US. Once Meininger's has calculated the appropriate shipping fees, we will send you an email confirmation of the total amount of your order. You will then have one business day time of this confirmation to make any cancellations or changes. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your order.
