Place An Online Order at MEININGER.COM. Setting up an Account ensures you automatically get all the information pertaining to your order including tracking numbers for shipping. Please provide an Email Address.

If you don't see what you're looking for on our website or have any questions (we will get back to you as soon as possible) Email Your Order Or Question through Ask Us Anything.

For an Email Order we will set up an Account for you on our website and send you a Draft Order with the amount of your items and any shipping charges and tax. If you approve the order, you'll be able to add your own payment information securely. (Make sure you change the password to your own unique one and please check your address information.)

Denver and Colorado Springs Parking for Pick-upIf You Select Curbside Pick-up available at both our stores, Monday-Saturday, 10am-5pm. You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up, please provide an Email Address and Phone Number on your order. Stay in your car and stay safe, we will bring your order out to you in the parking lot next to the store (see diagrams for parking locations) and place it in the trunk of your car, no contact necessary. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK-UP.

If You Select Shipping your order will generally ship within 48 hours and we will contact you if there are any problems or if we have to substitute an item with a comparable one (you have the right to refuse). We ship nationwide and will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Orders over $300 (ONLINE ONLY - before tax - must be less than 50lbs and 32"x40") will ship FREE! see our shipping policy for more information>

Gift Certificate or Gift Card? We have Gift Certificates for online shopping and Gift Cards for in-store shopping. Here's how Gift Certificates and Gift Cards work.

If You Know What You Want And It's Not On Our Website...we're working to get more of your favorite products on there...however, we can put together a custom order for you, just contact us at Ask Us Anything.

If You're Not Sure What You Want ...we have Essentials Box Kits available for purchase as one box or a subscription online only, that provides all the tools you need to get started in painting, drawing, printmaking and more!

Or we can put together a Custom Paint, Draw or Craft Art Kit for you. Just tell us a little about yourself or who the kit is for; like age group, skill level (beginner or more advanced), type of art or activity and your us at Ask Us Anything and we’ll use our expertise to create the perfect box of art supplies based on what you share with us. We’ll email you back a Draft Order for your review and you can purchase the kit online.

If You Are A Teacher. Do your students need art supplies? Contact us at Ask Us Anything and let us know what school you're with, your name and contact info, how many students and the supplies needed. Please be as specific as you can and we will let you know how we can fulfill your request. We can also arrange curbside pick-up or shipping out to your students.

Custom Art Kits are not returnable. However, if something arrives damaged, email us a picture of the item(s) within 5 days of receiving the package, we’ll see if we can help you fix or replace it with the same or similar product(s).

For any order, if a specific brand item is requested and it is out of stock, we may need to substitute a comparable item. You will be notified and have the right to refuse.
