If you don't see what you're looking for on our website or have any questions (we will get back to you as soon as possible) Email Your Order Or Question through Ask Us Anything.

For an Email Order we will set up an Account for you on our website and send you a Draft Order with the amount of your items and any shipping charges and tax. If you approve the order, you'll be able to add your own payment information securely. (Make sure you change the password to your own unique one and please check your address information.)

If You Select Pick-up available at both our stores, DENVER: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm and Sunday 12noon-5pm; COLORADO SPRINGS, Monday-Saturday 9am-5pm. You will be notified that your order is ready for pick-up, please provide an Email Address and Phone Number on your order. You can come into either store to pick up or stay in your car and we will bring your order out to you in the parking lots next to the stores and place it in the trunk of your car, no contact necessary. YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION BY EMAIL (for web orders) OR A CALL (for phone orders) WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY FOR PICK-UP.

If You Select Shipping your order will ship within 48 hours and we will contact you if there are any problems or if we have to substitute an item with a comparable one you will be contacted (you have the right to refuse). We ship nationwide and will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Orders over $300 (ONLINE ONLY - before tax - must be less than 40lbs and 32"x35") will ship FREE! see our shipping policy for more information>

If You Don't Know What You Want we can put together a custom art kit for you. Just tell us a little about yourself or who the kit is for; like age group, skill level (beginner or more advanced), type of art or activity and your budget...contact us at Ask Us Anything and we’ll use our expertise to create the perfect box of art supplies based on what you share with us. We’ll email you back a Draft Order for your review and you can purchase the kit online.

If You Are A Teacher. Do your students need art supplies? Contact us at Ask Us Anything and let us know what school you're with, your name and contact info, how many students and the supplies needed. Please be as specific as you can and we will let you know how we can fulfill your request. We can also arrange curbside pick-up or shipping out to your students.
