Live Painting with Quana
Expressive Art - Making to Promote Emotional Well-being
Denver store: Saturday, December 14, 2019, 10am-12noon. JUST STOP IN!
This participatory artist demonstration combines expressive art-making processes such as painting, drawing, writing, creative prompts & mindfulness activities to promote self-awareness, relaxation, personal expression and connection. Expressive Arts focus on the process of being creative rather than the product that results. It is for everyone and does not require art training or “talent” in art. This expressive arts open studio session encourages you to engage your own creative process and follow it where it leads you.
Participants are welcome to join Quána in semi-structured, open-ended, expressive art-making activities; encouraged to ask questions and share creative expressions that support their own wellness.
